HOW TO ORDER

The Cost of each DVD is $20.00. To order a DVD either:

Go to the Jotform order form and your order will go straight to the orders team. Note that this will take you out to our old website and it will be necessary to log in to this site. (This is a temporary solution for a few weeks till we get Jotform moved onto this website)
Go to the Contacts page and select "orders". Click on the "send to" drop down menu and select "orders"

- Indicate for which Sunday(s) you would like to receive a DVD.
- All DVDs for any month are produced on a Wednesday around the middle of the preceding month (13th - 19th). Orders should be placed by 13th of the preceding month to ensure on time delivery.
- Orders placed later than this have to be individually prepared and also may not arrive in time. Postage durations are quite unpredictable and sometimes take quite a long time. Priority paid only gives a marginal benefit and Express post is not available to country areas.

Invoices are mailed or emailed monthly in arrears. Our preferred method of payment is by direct transfer, but cheques are quite acceptable.
